Contract and refunds
The rules in plain words, so you know what to expect before you pay.
1. Your quote
Your approved quote lists your pages, add-ons and total price. The quote and these terms are the agreement. By paying the first 50% you accept these terms.
2. Payment
You pay to start and the rest before your site goes live. I send payment details with your quote. Prices are in US dollars.
3. Timeline
A typical project takes 2 to 4 weeks from the first payment. The clock keeps running while I wait for your text, photos or feedback, so the sooner you send them, the sooner you launch.
4. Changes
Two rounds of changes are included. Extra changes or new pages after you approve the design are quoted before I start them.
5. What I need from you
Your text, photos and logo, or the add-ons that cover them. You pay domain, hosting and payment provider fees directly to those companies.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel after paying, I refund of what you paid. The rest covers the time I set aside and the work already done. If I cannot deliver your site, I refund your full deposit. Once the site is delivered, there are no refunds.
7. Ownership
When the full price is paid, the website and its files are yours. I may show the finished site in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
8. Support
If something I built does not work the way it should, I fix it at no cost for 30 days after launch.
