What details I receive, what I use them for, and how you can control them.
1. What I collect
When you send the contact or quote form, I store your name, email, phone number (if you add one) and your message or the options in your quote.
2. Why I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your quote and work on your project. I do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
3. Where it is kept
Your message is kept in this website's database and is emailed to me. Only I and team members I give access to can see it. I keep it as long as it is needed for your project and my records, and I delete it if you ask.
4. Cookies and storage
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two preferences for you: language and light or dark mode. If I sign in to the admin area, a cookie that is necessary to keep the session is used.
5. Other services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address. The email with your message goes through my email provider. If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply. My hosting provider also processes visits to the site.
6. Your choices
You can ask me for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them by emailing me at the address below.
7. Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Offers by email
If you tick the box in the offers pop-up, I keep your email to send you offers, prices and tips. I do not sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask me to remove you from the list.
9. Changes and contact
